Impromptu parade

Cannon Falls has a small celebration- Deck the Halls.  It's all about shopping in town and getting discounts.  They light the tree in town and have a small parade.  I guess this has been going on for years, but we have always missed it.  (I didn't even really know about it) Axel and I randomly went to get some groceries and saw that there was a parade in town.  It was short notice, but we put on our hats and walked downtown.  Don't tell the brothers that Axel and I went to the parade!  It was super small but still fun. We drank hot chocolates and ate cookies. Next year I'll have to be prepared and get every one there!
