Sour dough

 I got a sour dough starter from a friend at work. I’m excited and nervous to figure it out. I’ve been googling what the heck to do with it. So far I’ve kept it healthy and growing. I did my first batch in the bread maker. It turned out pretty good. 



I wanted to pose with my beautiful loaf like people pose with the fish they catch. :)
