Summer Nights

 Finally it's summer time!  Summer nights are the best full of fires and s'mores.  We got fancy with ours and tried Reese's peanut butter cups instead of the Hersey's bar.  It was really good but super rich.  The boys have all kinds of ideas for other s'more mixes :)

 Ansel has graduated from preschool!  It was so cute to see him walk down the aisle with his classmates.  They were all excited to be done and head to kindergarten next year!  How did Ansel get old enough to go to kindergarten!

 Wow, maybe I will get one of them to follow my path?!  I want to introduce him to all the super cool amazing guy nurses I know.  Ansel no matter where your future leads you I will be proud... but a nurse!  I would cry my eyes out :)  (happy tears)

Okay cool story about the doughnuts.  I went to the bakery super early to get them for Abel's school snack.  I was small talking with this older guy while we were picking out our doughnuts and I told him why I was buying so many.  Before I knew it he bought the doughnuts for me/us!  I told him no way but he insisted.  I thanked him like a hundred times.  I wish I would have grabbed his name.  So thank you again to the nice guy who bought 2 dozen doughnuts for us!

Abel turns 8 years old.  He is finishing 2nd grade.  He loves video games and watching stuff on YouTube. He mostly watches videos about video games or people playing video games:)  His newest love is Golf.  The boys have been golfing any second they can.  He wants to be an astronaut when he grows up.  His plans for the summer are to sleep in, stay up late, play videos games and golf!  Abel you are so sweet and funny. You still like to give hugs.  Thank you for that.   I can't believe your 8.  Happy Birthday Abel!  Love you.

Another school year is almost over!  We are ready to have a less structured pattern for a while.  The boys have enjoyed school this year but are ready to sleep in and play more video games. :)  The older two started golfing with dad and are super excited to spend as much time golfing as possible this summer.  Wish I had summer break coming up....

 I didn't take many pictures from Easter.  Mostly just the egg hunt.  It was a beautiful day for being outside.  I think this was the best Easter weather we have had in a long time.
