Took a cooking class as a team building activity. Learning how to cut veggies and use spices. Also good tips on meal prepping.

What an amazing view. We lucked out that Ansel told us to walk out side and look at the sky. This is the second best I’ve ever seen.

#3 gallon donated

I continue to be a regular blood donor. I go about every 12 weeks donate whole blood. I am O- , which is one of the universal donors - meaning everyone can use my blood. It’s about 72 lives saved :) that’s is what google said.
