My baby turns 5!  Ansel you are the third little boy of our family.  I can't image our crazy group with out you. You are so stubborn and feisty.  I'll blame it on you birth order!  Then the next second you are so sweet and you really love your Momma.  The other day you kissed my tummy and said :thanks for letting me grow in there."  You are so verbal and can carry a conversation or I should say lead the conversation with anyone. You talk and tell stories non-stop! You like preschool and can't wait for Kindergarten.  You love the X-box.  I think you will be the worst kid when it comes to electronics though. You love being with your brothers doing anything.  You play the "I'm the baby card" a lot :)  You have a terrible habit of sleeping in my bed or grandma's bed.  I know this one is half my fault because honestly I don't mind you sleeping next to me- you smell nice, tell me I'm pretty and funny stories but it's going to be a hard habit to change.  Brian works nights so I blame half of it on that.  I know you won't do it for ever and you are the 'baby' so I guess I've let you get a way with it.  When I asked you what you want to be when you grow up you said "a nurse because that's what you do." Love you Ansel!

Winter Blues

Abel with brown hair

Now blond

Turning blue

He said "I love it already!"

Abel's feeling or I should say wearing the winter blues!  He has been begging to dye his hair blue.  (I did find out that his favorite You Tuber has blue hair)  Brian and I thought about trying to do it at home but after talking to the ladies at the salon we found out to get the color to stick right we would have to go blond first!  So we just brought him to the salon.  He was so excited!  (best 40$ I've spent all year)  I think it turned out really good!  Gotta just let them be themselves.  I asked his brother if they wanted their hair done now.  Axel said no way but wanted to watch Abel get his done and Ansel said sure- he wanted black or red hair.  I told him he would have to wait until 2nd grade :)
