Christmas

Merry Christmas every one!  Our week has been a whirlwind- Full of family, presents, wrapping paper and great food.  I didn't have to work the holiday so we all had the whole week at home together. It was so nice having us all home for such a long time.  This year we had no snow for Christmas. I always have a hard time getting the holiday feel with out snow. Of course it snowed the next day!

My Boys
Abel had the band-aide on his forehead because the day before he ran right into the table. Bled pretty good, lots of crying, Mom doing frequent neuro checks but in the end he was okay and felt better with a band-aide.  I thought we might almost have to bring him to get stitches but just a little cut with lot's of blood!

Rapp Christmas

We ended the weekend with the Rapp Christmas.  Ansel was so fussy.  Not sure what was bothering him but he was not like himself.  He had a short nap that day and we have been busy lately but the dude cried on and off the whole time.  He ended up throwing up when we got home- only twice through out the night. Poor baby- sorry you felt punky on one of your first Christmas.

Hank

Hank

Getting along with the boys
Introducing Hank.  We got Hank from my sister about a week before Jazz died.  I haven't posted on him yet so I thought I'd get you caught up on our chaos. My twin sister said she was overwhelmed with her dog and wasn't sure what she was going to do.  So of course we added him into our family.  He is 8 months old- I believe he is a Rat Terrier.  We have never had a small dog and I think if I knew that Jazz was going to pass I wouldn't have taken him but this is how things turn out. Welcome to our family Hank. I love that I finally have a lap dog that likes to snuggle while we watch TV at night.

Santa 2014

Always love the Santa picture

Ansel did not like Santa this year

Photo bomb by Red Nose?

Bye Santa
Oh the festive Santa picture.  Waiting in line for an hour, standing in crowds at the mall and dealing with parking.  By the it comes to sit on Santa's lap everyone is stressed and tired but it still turns out.  Ansel did not jive with Santa this year.  It seems like there is always some one crying in the picture. Neither Axel or Abel saw the photo bomb from the Elf.  When we got home I showed them and they got so excited thinking that it was our Elf Red Nose tricking them.  I love all the holiday magic!
