My sister Larisa and I took a Lefse making class. It was so much fun to learn the process and hear a little it of the history. I always remember having lefse at my Grandma Bev's for the holidays. If you haven't had lefse before it is a potato flat bread that you put butter and sugar on it. (or jam).

Using the stick to flip the lefse |
The next weekend I got the gear I needed to bring the lefse making home. I love the idea of teaching my kids and starting a yearly tradition of making lefse for the holidays. Each one rolled out the dough and dad helped them with the grill.
