 Axel: Mom I need a Dumbledore costume. Tomorrow for the last day of shcool.

Axel: Amazon?  (sorry dude, it doesn't work like that!)
So needless to say I scrambled to come up with something.  We went to the hardware store and this is what turned out?!  Sorta looks like a wizard? :)

Playing catch up here.  I was lucky enough to have a day off in the middle of the week that just happen to be Abel's field day at school!  Ansel and I got to go and watch him. Hard to believe that Abel's first grade year is here and gone.

It went from cold to hot.  Minnesota weather is so bi-polar.  I would rather have heat then cold any day.  I think the boys would to too :)  Summer has officially begun.  No more tight schedules and having the boys up and ready in the morning.   We are all ready to have the longer days with less to do.  (at least for them right?  My schedule seems to stay busy year round)  Axel is now a 5th grader, Abel a 2nd grader and Ansel will be starting preschool.  Wow, next school year will be a big one.  For the moment we will try and enjoy as much summer as we can.

S'mores of course

We love when it's warmer out and we can have fires in the yard.  It was actually almost too warm  out a couple weekends ago to sit by the fire!  I'm not complaining...I'll take the heat over cold any day.  Axel did not want to be in any pictures but we all still had fun and ate s'mores.  Yay for summer!!!
