AP Humanities

 Axel had to create something antique and use the old ways x he completed a project, researched the history and presented to his class. He spent all semester working on them. Axels project was to create skis . 

He started with blocks of wood and slowly worked them into skis. It took a ton of work and a few pieces of modern equipment. He made skis. He was one of three students asked to present at the library. 

He did a great job and ended up with an A- !

I applied and won a grant at work. It was about team work and walking in each others shoes. We got custom team shoes - from converse ! So much fun ordering 144 pairs of shoes !

Big Black

 We said goodbye to our Italian Mastiff Big Black “Biggie”. He was 11years old. He was a giant teddy bear that only loved his family. Life will be different with out a big dog. 

Axel turns 17

Happy 17th birthday Axel! 

 We celebrated Axels birthday with Buffalo Wild Wings and cake. 17!! Wow, and just like that he’s 17. I love watching you grow up and learn who you are. I’m so proud of you! You push hard in Track and Cross country. You joined math league for fun and didn’t even tell me. You are learning to code in robotics. You have a fun cute girlfriend. You’re a great big brother. You work hard at Infinity and at school. I just can’t say enough of who you are and what is to come next. I love you kiddo and am so honored to be your mom. Happy birthday!!! 

Christmas

 Merry Christmas everyone! We had a wonderful low key Holliday. Spent time at home with the family. 

Root beer keg from Axel! It was a perfect gift for the brothers. 

We had plans to ski but didn’t realize the hills were closed on Xmas Instead we stayed home played games and ate a bunch of food.
